摘要
运用心理学知识,结合企业在思想政治工作中遇到的问题与解决途径,阐述:贯彻正面引导原则,要以正确的认知为前提;把握员工态度及行为转变的因素,是做好企业思想政治工作的基础。
Through the problems encountered and poeeible solutions in idelolgical and political work of enterprise, use of psychological knowledge, we explained that implement the positire guiding principles must base on correct cognition. Basic tasks of ideological and political work are grasp the impuet of employee atlitudes and the factors of behavior transition.
