目的分析护理科研论文中常用统计学方法的应用情况,促进护理科研工作者正确使用统计学方法,提高护理科研论文的学术质量。方法对2008年1月—2012年3月《护理学报》编辑部送审的护理科研论文统计学方法应用情况进行分析,总结护理科研论文中常用统计学方法的应用频率、误用频率以及其他常见的统计学问题,并提出应对方法。结果护理科研论文中各种常见统计学方法应用频率有所不同,完全随机设计下的统计学方法应用频率较高;平均每篇论文使用统计学方法 2.3种,统计学方法使用有误的论文占43%。结论护理科研论文中统计学方法的应用水平有待提高,高质量的科研论文在很大程度上依赖于合理的统计学设计与分析,护理科研论文的作者需加强统计学知识的学习,护理科研论文质量尚需要编辑部门以及统计学审稿专家的严格把关。

Objective To analyze the application of statistical method in nursing research paper and to enhance the proper usage of statistical method in nursing research. Methods The application of statistical method in nursing research paper submitted to Journal of Nursing was analyzed. Application frequency of statistical method, misuse frequency and other common statistical problems were collected. Results In nursing research paper, statistical method was applied with different frequencies and randomly-developed statistical method appeared frequently. Averagely, there were 2.3 statistical methods in each paper and 43% of the papers were with inappropriate statistical method. Conclusion It is indispensable to apply proper statistical method in quality research paper and contributors should enhance their application of statistical method and editor board and statistics reviewers should exam each paper more strictly.
