侧重情感的护患沟通研究进展 被引量：28

摘要 护患沟通主要是护士与患者及其家属之间的沟通。尽管沟通在护理活动中比较重要，但是患者满意度调查显示患者仍抱怨错误的信息、信息不畅以及护士缺乏热情等。
