摘要
论述了一种新型旋流器的开发过程 ,新型旋流器具有双进口、弧锥段体的结构特征 ,公称直径分别为 1 8mm和 2 8mm。通过对新型旋流器进行实验室测试 ,HL2 8型平均分离效率在 90 %以上 ,明显优于国际上正在采用的 Thew型双锥体和Amoco型单锥体旋流器 ;HL1 8型比 HL2 8型旋流器有更好的分离效果 ,突破了国际上通常认为旋流器的直径不能小于 2 8mm的说法 ,既提高了离心分离因数 ,又解决了油滴破碎问题 ,为以后的油水旋流分离器的发展指出了一条新途径。
This paper described how to develop a new hydrocyclone, called HL hydrocyclone,which is characteristic of two entrance and arc aw1 their diameter are 18 mm and 28 mm ,respectively By testing it in the lab,HL28 gets 90% over in the average separation efficiency,that excel two awl of Thew type and single awl of Amoco type which are using in the worldwide HL18 gets more effective than HL28,that means the thesis that the diameter of hydrocyclone has to be more than 28 mm is not correct New hydrocyclone improved centrifugal separation factor and solved fracture of oily hunk,which opens up new field for the development of hydrocyclone
