摘要
小儿尿道下裂是泌尿外科领域常见的先天性畸形。小儿尿道下裂的发生涉及到复杂的遗传、组织胚胎、病理生理和环境等诸多因素。早期诊断、早期治疗、合理手术可以明显提高其治疗效果。绝大多数患儿不但可以完成正常排尿,实现生殖器外观的整复,成年后也不会影响性功能。同时,小儿尿道下裂的治疗对于患儿和患儿家庭的心理健康影响效应也不容低估。
Pediatric hypospadias is a common congenital malformation in urology field. The occurrence of pediatric hypospadias involves complex genetic, histological and embryological, pathophysiological and environmental factors. Early diagnose, treatment and reasonable operation can obviously enhance the effect of treatment. Most of children can not only complete the normal voiding, realize the external genitalia of the restoration, but also not influence the sexual function in adulthood. Meanwhile, the impact of the treatment of pediatric hypospadias on the psychological health of children and their parents should not be underestimated.
