摘要
目的:调查应用临床-心理-训练治疗模式提高全口义齿初戴者治疗的有效性。方法:选取无牙颌患者112例,对照组和干预组各56例,前者进行常规义齿的制作,后者进行临床-心理-训练治疗,1~2月后进行咀嚼效率和患者满意度评价。结果:干预组的咀嚼效率显著高于对照组,P<0.01;干预组患者的满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:临床-心理-训练治疗模式能有效提高全口义齿初戴患者的治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the effect of clinical psychological training on the patients who preliminary wore a complete denture. Method: A total of 112 patients requiring the complete denture participated in this study. Fifty six patients in the control group received the clinical psychological training, while the others in the treatment group did not take the training. After 1-2 months we assessed the chewing efficiency and the degree of satisfaction. Result: The chewing efficiency of the patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.01). The degree of satisfaction of patients in the treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The clinical psychological training mode can enhance the treatment effect of the patients with preliminary wearing a complete denture.
