社区老年护理患者生活质量及影响因素分析

Analysis of the life quality and influencing factors of the community aged care patients

目的:研究住院老年护理患者生活质量(QOL)的影响因素,探讨提高老年护理患者生活质量的对策。方法:应用生活质量评定表(WHOQOL-BREF)和生活质量指数评定表(QOLI)对71例患者进行问卷调查和评定。结果:住院心脑血管等慢性疾病与患者生活质量显著相关。结论:努力拓展老年护理医院的服务功能,积极开展疾病预防控制、康复治疗、心理治疗、心理护理和健康咨询、丰富患者的精神文化生活、营造和谐的社会关系和社会道德环境,是提高患者生活质量的重要保证。

Objective： To study the influencing factors of life quality of the aged care patients in the hospital and to explore the counter-measures so as to enhance their life quality. Method： The WHOQOL-BREF and QOLI were used to investigate and evaluate 71 cases. Result： Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other chronic diseases had obviously related to their life quality in the hospital. Conclusion： To strive to open up the hospital elderly nursing service function, actively prevent and control diseases, develop rehabilitation, psychotherapy, psychological nursing and health consultation, enrich the cultural life, and create a harmonious social relationship and social and moral environment are the important guarantee to enhance the patients＇ life quality.
