摘要
目的:探讨淋巴细胞免疫治疗复发性流产的方法与效果。方法:将2011年7月-2012年7月在笔者所在医院就诊的复发性流产患者86例随机分为观察组43例(淋巴细胞免疫治疗)和对照组43例(传统保胎治疗),对两组的妊娠情况进行对比。结果:观察组与对照组的妊娠成功率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。封闭抗体阳性与阴性的妊娠成功率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:淋巴细胞免疫治疗复发性流产可以提高妊娠成功率,减少流产率,值得临床推广运用。
Objective： To study the method and effect of lymphocyte immune therapy for recurrent abortion.Methods ： To select 86 cases of recurrent abortion from July 2011 to July 2012 in our hospital which were randomly divided into the observation group in 43 cases （lymphocyte immune treatment） and the control group of 43 cases （traditional defend treatment）.To compare the successful pregnancy rate.Results： The successful pregnancy rate of observation group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The successful pregnancy rate was significant difference in blocking antibody positive and negative（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Lymphocyte immune therapy for recurrent abortion can increase pregnancy rate, reduce the abortion rate, it is worth for clinical promotion use.
