慢性肾病的风伏肾络病机

Pathogenesis of wind latented in renal collaterals about chronic nephropathy

从风证的演变中可以看出,慢性肾病的特点与风邪密切相关,本文温习了相关文献,阐述了风伏肾络的病机理念及其致病特点,并提出肾病是肾络疾病。风邪伤于肾,日久入络,潜伏于肾络,伏机待发,故而不易根除。风伏肾络的病机关键在于肾虚,其风伏于内与络虚络瘀的病理状态并存;其发展演变分为3个阶段:初感外风阶段,治宜疏风解表;肾络亏虚阶段,治宜益肾祛风;风伏肾络阶段,治宜益肾祛风通络。本研究为临床辨治慢性肾病提出了不同的思路。

Chronic nephropathy was closely related to pathogenic wind according to development of wind syndrome. It pointed that wind latented in renal collaterals and difficult to dispelled in nephropathy, then there were three stages divided for differentiation and treatment： dispelling wind diaphoresis for exopathic wind invasion, invigorating kidney and dispelling wind for deficiency of renal collaterals, dispelling wind and dredging collaterals for wind latented in renal collaterals. So pathogenesis of wind latented in renal collaterals provide clinical thinking on treatment of chronic nephropathy.
