浙江桐庐产蜂胶中黄酮类化合物研究

Studies on flavonoids of propolis collected in Tonglu of Zhejiang Province

目的:分离并鉴定中国浙江桐庐产蜂胶中主要黄酮类化合物。方法:甲醇超声提取浙江桐庐产蜂胶,减压浓缩至干,氯仿脱脂,利用正相硅胶、凝胶Sephadex LH-20、反相C18硅胶等材料进行分离、纯化,并通过质谱、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等分析设备鉴定其结构。结果:从蜂胶中分离得到15个黄酮类化合物。结论:桐庐蜂胶中黄酮类化合物主要为黄酮(醇)和二氢黄酮(醇)类。在对蜂胶进行质量控制时,建议采取液相方法对多种黄酮同时测定。

Objective： To separate and identify the main flavonoids collected in Tonglu of Zhejiang Province. Methods： Using ultrasonator to extract components in propolis with methanol, dried methanol extraction by vacuum evaporating, and degreased extraction by chloroform. Used chromatography column, including Silica Gel, Sephadex LH-20 and Silica ODS RP- C18 to separate and purify samples, and identified structure by mass, ~H-NMR and 13C-NMR instrument. Results：14 flavonoid compounds were separated and identified. Conclusion： Main flavonoids in propolis collected in Tonglu are flavones, flavonols, flavanones, and dihydroflavonols; we suggest that HPLC method of detecting main fiavonoids simultaneously should be adopted when we confirm the quality control method.
