摘要
目的:分离并鉴定中国浙江桐庐产蜂胶中主要黄酮类化合物。方法:甲醇超声提取浙江桐庐产蜂胶,减压浓缩至干,氯仿脱脂,利用正相硅胶、凝胶Sephadex LH-20、反相C18硅胶等材料进行分离、纯化,并通过质谱、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等分析设备鉴定其结构。结果:从蜂胶中分离得到15个黄酮类化合物。结论:桐庐蜂胶中黄酮类化合物主要为黄酮(醇)和二氢黄酮(醇)类。在对蜂胶进行质量控制时,建议采取液相方法对多种黄酮同时测定。
Objective: To separate and identify the main flavonoids collected in Tonglu of Zhejiang Province. Methods: Using ultrasonator to extract components in propolis with methanol, dried methanol extraction by vacuum evaporating, and degreased extraction by chloroform. Used chromatography column, including Silica Gel, Sephadex LH-20 and Silica ODS RP- C18 to separate and purify samples, and identified structure by mass, ~H-NMR and 13C-NMR instrument. Results:14 flavonoid compounds were separated and identified. Conclusion: Main flavonoids in propolis collected in Tonglu are flavones, flavonols, flavanones, and dihydroflavonols; we suggest that HPLC method of detecting main fiavonoids simultaneously should be adopted when we confirm the quality control method.
