摘要
笔者根据对中医经典理论的探讨并结合多年的临床经验,提出了血脂异常的主要病机为"脾失运化,浊滞血脉",认为采用运脾化浊法治疗血脂异常,可以使患者"脾主运化,主转枢"功能恢复,血脉中浊邪消除,从而取得良好的临床疗效。并叙述了多年来采用运脾化浊法治疗血脂异常的临床心得与体会。
The author pointed out that the main pathogeneses of dyslipidemia were ＇disfunction of the spleen in transport and turbid stay in blood vessel＇ by the classical theory of TCM and years of clinical experience. Activating spleen to eliminate turbid therapy for dyslipidemia could achieve good clinical efficacy, because it could recovery the function of the spleen in transport and eliminate turbid in blood vessel. What is more, the experience on activating spleen to eliminate turbid therapy for dyslipidemia was described in this article.
