文章对丹溪上中下痛风方进行探讨,介绍其在痛风、风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、风湿性多肌痛、结节性红斑、陈旧性腰部软组织损伤、三叉神经痛中的应用;强调切中"热血得寒,瘀浊凝涩"病机,用之效著;发作期汤剂配合外洗,缓解期可用丸剂;建议开发痛风方,研制中药新药。

This article discussed the clinical application of Danxi＇s upper-middle-lower gout prescription in treating with a series of diseases such as gout, rheumatoid arthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, tuberous erythema, chronic lumbar soft tissue injury and trigeminal neuralgia; Emphasized the basic pathogenesis of warm blood encounter cold, stasis turbidity stagnate and the medication effect is remarkable. Decoction combined wash outside and pills should be used in acute period and relieve period respectively. The development of gout prescriptions can be suggested and create new TCM drugs of it.
