心律失常是临床中常见的疾病,中医学将其归属于心悸、怔忡、眩晕、虚劳、厥证等范畴。临床中广泛应用抗心律失常药,但其疗效并不乐观,中医从整体观辨证论治着手,取得了很好的疗效。文章通过桂枝甘草汤大量的临床观察和实验研究,探讨其在治疗心律失常方面的作用及机制。

Arrhythmia is common disease in clinical, it is attributed into deficiency of palpitations, severe palpitation, dizziness, fatigue, cold syndrome, and other areas in Chinese medicine.The antiarrhythmic Chinese medicine drugs are extensive used in clinical, but its effects are not optimistic, from an overall view and treatment based on syndrome differentiation, traditional Chinese medicine has achieved very good results. This article discussed the effects and mechanism of Guizhi Gancao Decoction on a large number of clinical observation and experimental study in the treatment of arrhythmia.
