New methodology and technology for quality control of Liuwei Dihuang Pills

六味地黄丸是滋阴补肾的经典名方,现行药典仅对其中几个指标成分进行了含量控制,很难真实客观地反映其内在质量的优劣,显然这种方法作为企业内控的方法略显单薄。现对近年来六味地黄丸质量控制中出现的新方法和新技术进行综述。

Liuwei Dihuang Pills is a classical recipe that widely used for nourishing yin and strengthening kidney in traditional Chinese medicine. The current Chinese pharmacopoeia only uses several indicator compounds to control the quality of Liuwei Dihuang Pills. This method is hard to objectively reflect the inherent quality of Liuwei Dihuang Pills, and too simple to be used as the enterprise internal control. This paper is summarized the new methodology and technology for controlling the quality of Liuwei Dihuang Pills.
