玉屏风散对儿童过敏性紫癜淋巴细胞亚群的影响

Effects of Yupingfeng Powder on lymphocyte subsets of henoch-schonlein purpura in children

目的:探讨玉屏风散对儿童过敏性紫癜的疗效及其对淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:确诊为过敏性紫癜初发的60例3-9岁儿童,随机分为玉屏风组和对照组两个治疗组,各30例,疗程4周,30名同年龄段儿保科健康体检的儿童为正常组。3组分别在治疗前后抽清晨空腹外周静脉血,行淋巴细胞亚群绝对计数的检测。并进行3个月的疗效随访。结果:过敏性紫癜患儿CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD1+9、NK淋巴细胞的绝对计数较正常组均有显著升高(P<0.05);CD4+/CD+8比值较正常组下降(P<0.05);玉屏风组治疗后CD+3、CD4+、CD+8、CD1+9淋巴细胞的数量较治疗前有明显的下降(P<0.05),患儿症状缓解明显,复发率低;对照组CD+3、CD4+、CD+8、NK淋巴细胞水平在治疗前后无统计学差异,患儿复发率高,症状缓解慢。结论:玉屏风散用于儿童过敏性紫癜的辅助治疗,疗效确切,可以有效的纠正疾病的免疫紊乱状态,防止疾病的复发。

Objective：To investigate Yupingfeng Powder＇s effects on children with henoch-schonlein purpura （HSP） and the state of lymphocyte subsets. Methods：60 cases, from 3 to 9 years old, who had been finally diagnosed as incipient Henoch-Schonlein purpura were equally divided into two groups： Yupingfeng group and normal treatment group. Both of them experienced 4 weeks treatment. Besides, a control group contained 30 health children were included, also from 3 to 9 years old. Detected the lymphocyte subsets＇ absolute counting of peripheral blood before and after treatment respectively. Compared the efficacy after 3 months follow-up. Results： Compared with control group, the absolute counting of CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋, CD19＋, NK in HSP group were significantly increased （P〈0.05）; CD4/CD8＋-compared with the normal group was significantly decreased （P〈0.05）; In Yupingfeng group, CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋, CD19＋ lymphocytes obviously declined after treatment （P〈0.05）, and had low recurrence rate. In normal treatment group, CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋,, NK lymphocytes had no differences after treatment, and had high recurrence rate. Conclusions：Using Yupingfeng powder for the adjuvant treatment of children with HSP has definite efficacy, can effectively correct the immunologic derangement state, and prevent the recurrence of the disease.
