抗敏合剂治疗多形性日光疹的临床研究

Clinical observation of Kangmin Decoction in patients with polymorphous sunlight eruption

目的:研究抗敏合剂治疗多形性日光疹的临床疗效。方法:93例患者随机分为治疗组62例和对照组31例。治疗组:口服抗敏合剂50mL/d,2次/d;对照组:口服氯雷他定片10mg/d。两组同时予3%硼酸洗液湿敷,每日2次,每次10min。疗程均为14d。结果:治疗组失访2例,对照组失访1例。治疗组愈显率为68.3%(41/60),对照组愈显率为36.7%(11/30),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,两组症状评分较治疗前均明显下降,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在改善靶皮损面积方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:抗敏合剂可以明显改善多形性日光疹的临床症状,安全有效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kangmin Decoction in patients with polymorphous sunlight eruption（PLE）. Methods： 93 patients were randomly assigned to two groups, 62 in the treated group with Kangmin Decoction, while 31 in the control group with tablet, 14 days as a course. Both groups patients were treated with 3% boric acid soaking. Results： 3 cases were dropped out. The total curative and effective rate was 68.3%（41/60） in the treated group and 36.7%（11/30） in the control group respectively. Statistical difference was detected between the two groups（P〈0.01）. After treatment, symptom integrals in two groups decreased significantly, and treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.0l）. In addition, treatment group was superior control group in improving skin lesion（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Kangmin Decoction had significant clinical efficacy on PLE.
