康艾注射液对中晚期胃癌生活质量的影响

Kang'ai Injection on quality of life of advanced carcinoma of stomach

目的:探讨康艾注射液对中晚期胃癌患者生活质量的影响。方法:将66例恶性肿瘤患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用康艾注射液联合化疗,而对照组仅用化疗。结果:治疗组及对照组治疗前后白细胞变化均有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群变化无显著性差异;而对照组治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组临床症状改善率为91.2%(31/34)、体力状况变化(KPS)提高率为82.3%(28/34);而对照组症状显著改善率为53.2%(17/32)、KPS提高率为50.0%(16/32)。结论:康艾注射液可显著改善患者临床症状,明显提高肿瘤患者生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Kang＇ai Injection on quality of life of advanced carcinoma of stomach. Methods： 66 patients were divided into two groups, treatment group and control group. Treatment group was treated with Kang＇ai Injection combined chemotherapy, while control group was administered chemotherapy only. Results： The white blood cells were obviously different before and after treatment in both treatment group and control group（P〈0.05）; T cells subsets were not obviously different before and after in treatment group, however, difference was found in control group（P〈0.05）. Clinical symptoms were improved for 91.2%（31/34） and KPS for 82.3%（28/34） in treatment group, however, for 53.2%（17/32） and KPS for 50.0%（16/32） in control group. Conclusion： Kang＇ai Injection may obviously improve clinical symptoms and the quality of life of cancer patients.
