正常生育期妇女宫颈、阴道分泌物和血清中的CA125表达

CA125 EXPRESSION LEVEL ON CERVICAL,VAGINAL SECRETIONS AND SERUM IN WOMEN WITH NORMAL PROCREATING PERIOD

目的分析正常生育期妇女宫颈分泌物、阴道分泌物和血清中CA125的表达水平。方法将122例正常生育期妇女按年龄分为22～(岁)、30～(岁)、40～45岁三组,应用罗氏Cobas e601型全自动电化学发光免疫分析系统检测CA125表达水平。结果正常生育期妇女各年龄组间宫颈分泌物、阴道分泌物和血清CA125水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);宫颈分泌物、阴道分泌物和血清CA125三者之间平均表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈分泌物和阴道分泌物CA125表达水平明显高于血清,有助于早期诊断疾病。

Objective To detect the expression level of CA125 on cervical,vaginal secretions and serum in women with normal procreating period. Methods The 122 cases were divided into 3 groups..20~29 ages, 30~39 ages,40~45 ages, and their CA125 levels were detected by Cobas e601 automatic chemiluminescence immune analysis system. Results There was not significant difference on CA125 level of cervical secretion,vaginal secretion and serum among women with normal procreating period in various age groups（P 〉0.05）; There was significant difference on CAI25 level of cervical secretion,vaginal secretion and serum （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The CA125 expression on cervical and vaginal secretions is higher than on serum, it may be more convenient for early detection.
