北京市昌平区初中生食品安全知识、态度、行为调查分析 被引量:5

SURVEY ON KNOWLEDGE,ATTITUDES,PRACTICE OF FOOD SAFETY AMONG STUDENTS IN MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS OF CHANGPING DISTRICT IN BEIJING CITY

摘要 目的了解北京市昌平区初中生对食品安全的知识、行为、态度,探讨提高初中生食品安全意识水平的可能途径,为开展中学生食品安全知识教育提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,在昌平区抽取8所中学进行调查。包括四所农村中学,四所城镇中学共1 060名学生,24个班级。结果北京市昌平区初中学生的食品安全知识正答率为58.3%,有78.3%的学生关注食品安全,行为形成率为34.3%。男女生在食品安全知识正答率、安全意识、行为形成率方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),女生较男生高。结论昌平区初中生食品安全态度持有率、知识正答率、行为形成率较低,良好的食品安全行为尚未形成。昌平区初中生对我国食品安全状况主要持负性评价。开展健康教育是提高中学生食品安全知识的最佳办法。 Objective To assess the level of knowledge, attitudes, behaviour of food safety among the students in middle school, in order to explore the possible ways of enhancing the level of safety awareness and provide bases for food safety knowledge education in middle school students. Methods 1060 students which from 24 classes among 8 middle schools (4 rural middle schools,4 cities middle schools) in Chanping area were selected by stratified sampling for collect the information. Results The accuracy of question in questions about food safety was 58.5% ,78.3% of the students focus on food security, behavior formation rate was 34.3%. There were significant differences between male and female students in term of accu- racy of question,attitude hold rate, and behavior formation rate(P〈0.05), female was higher. Conclusions The accuracy of question, attitude hold rate, and behavior formation rate was rather low among students in Changping district. The health education has not yet formed. Middle school students in Changping District held a negative evaluation to China's food security situation. Health education is the best way to improve students' food safety knowledge.
