河北省某企业职工血脂检验结果分析

ANALYSIS OF PHYSCIAL EXAMINATION RESULTS OF BLOOD LIPID AMONG ALL EMPLOYEES IN AN ENTERPRISE IN HEBEI PROVINCE

目的了解河北省某企业职工目前的血脂分布状况,以便采取相应干预措施。方法对某企业2011年参加体检的11 499名,男8 838名,女2 661名在职职工的血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白化验结果进行描述性分析。结果血脂异常总检出率为53.4%,男性检出率58.7%,女性35.7%,总检出率较该地区其他企业高。结论该企业职工血脂异常较严重。建议该企业积极开展职工健康教育,倡导健康的生活方式。

Objective To learn the lipid distribution of the employees of an enterprise in Hebei Province,in order to take appropriate interventions. Methods To analyse the test results of total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein in the 11499 （male 8838, female 2661） workers of a company in 2011. Results The total detection rate is 53.40/00, 58.7% of male, and 35.7% of female, which is higher than other enterprises in the region. Conclusion The dyslipidemia rate in the enterprise employees is most severe . Recommended that the enterprises to actively carry out the union health education to promote a healthy lifestyle.
