不同催芽处理对酸枣出苗及生长的影响

摘要 通过对酸枣种子进行温水浸种、堆放和冬季冷藏等3种催芽处理试验研究,结果表明:酸枣种子经不同方法催芽处理,出苗率和苗高均高于对照,对出苗率影响差异显著;温水浸种、堆放和冬季冷藏等3种催芽处理的出苗率比对照分别提高10、12和25个百分点,苗高比对照分别提高1.1、2和4.4cm;以冬季冷藏催芽效果最好,出苗率达76%,苗高达35.6cm。 Experiments of seeds of Ziziphus jujuba by warm water soaking, stacking & cold storage in winter were conducted. Result shows that; emergence rate& seedling height are higher than that of the control when seeds of Ziziphusjujube were treated by different forced-germination methods; forced-germination-treatments have signifi- cant differences on emergence rate; germination rate of warm water soaking, stacking & cold storage in winter in- crease by 10% ,12% & 25% respectively compared with the control;tree height are 1.1,2 and 4.4 cm higher than that of the control respectively;forced-germination effect of cold storage in winter is optimal;emergence rate reach 76% ,and tree height being 35.6 era.
