摘要
采用电凝聚-二级生化-高效吸附工艺处理CLT酸废水,经过实验室静态小试和现场扩大试验,结果表明,预处理-电凝聚可以使废水中的 BOD_5/COD 比值从 0.03提高到 0.1以上;在水解酸化-好氧 SBR二级生化可靠运行基础上,利用 DGB高效吸附作用,保证废水主要污染指标色度和COD都能达标,其去除率可分别达到96.1%和98.1%以上.
The electrocoagulation-two stages biochemistry--highly efficient adsorption technology was adopted to treat the CLT acid wastewater. Through laboratory and site scale experiments, the results show that electrocoagulation as the pretreatment measure can increase the ratio of BOD_5/COD in the wastewater from 0.03 to 0. 1 or more. On the basis of liable operation of two stages biochemistry of hydrolytic acidification-aerobiosis SBR, utilization of highly efficient adsorbent DGB can ensure that the relevant standards of two main pollution indexes of wastewater, chromaticity and COD, can be reached with their removal rates of 96.1% and 98. 1% or more respectively.
