摘要
为了探索温度对玫瑰无须鲃(Puntius conchonius)胚胎发育的影响,将玫瑰无须鲃的受精卵置于不同温度培养容器中进行孵化观察。结果显示,在温度为18~32℃的环境条件下,玫瑰无须鲃的胚胎均能孵化,最适孵化温度范围为24~28℃。如果温度高于32℃或低于18℃时,玫瑰无须鲃的胚胎不能孵出仔鱼。在温度为34℃时,胚胎发育到原肠胚晚期全部死亡,温度为16℃时,胚胎发育停止于神经胚期,孵化时间随温度的升高而缩短,呈幂函数相关。玫瑰无须鲃胚胎发育的生物学零度为12.35℃,有效积温为419.40℃.h。
In order to explore the effect of temperature on the embryonic development of Puntius conchonius, the embryon-ic hatching was observed in cultivating container with the different temperatures. The results showed that the embryos could develop when the temperatures ranged from 18 ℃ to 32 ℃, the optimum hatching temperature ranged from 24 ℃ to 28 ℃ and the hatching rate was the highest and the abnormality rate was the lowest. Whereas the larvae was not hatched when tempera'~ure was lower than 18,℃ or higher than 32 ℃. The embryo died overall at late gastruia stage when the temperature was at 34 ℃, the embryonic development stoped at the neurula stage when the temperature was at 16 R2. The incubation period was reduced with temperature increasing, and there was a power function correlation between the incubation temper-ature and hatching rate. In addition, the biological zero point of embryonic development of P. conchonius was 12. 35 ℃, the sum effective temperature was 419.40 ℃· h.
