摘要
锅炉汽包水位自动控制的目的就是维持汽包水位稳定,提高锅炉对负荷的响应速度,在保证锅炉安全运行的基础上提高经济性能,尽可能的保持蒸发量与给水流量的平衡,维持汽包水位在允许的范围内变化。给水自动投入的好坏是保证汽包水位稳定运行的前提条件,现阶段给水自动已经在各个电厂里得到了广泛的应用,但真正能够实现给水全程自动控制的却不是很多。本文基于河南某电厂给水系统的配置情况,阐述了对给水全程自动控制的研究和最终的应用。
The purpose of automatic control of boiler drum water level is to maintain the stability of drum water level and enhance the speed of boiler's reaction to the load, as well as to improve the economic performance on the basis of safety operation of the boiler, and to balance of evaporation and feed water flow when the drum water level changing in permissive range. Excellent performance of feed water automatic adjustment is the precondition of stable running of the drum water level. Currently, feed water automatic control has been put into use in many power plants, but not much of them are applied to the full scale water supply automatic adjustment. This article, which based on the feed water system configuration in a power plant in Henan province, describes the research of the feed water full scale automatic control and its final application.
