新疆南部地区外墙涂料现状调研及性能失效原因分析

Investigation and Research on Current Status of External Wall Paintings in the Southern Part of Xinjiang as well as Analysis upon Reasons behind Performance Failure

结合上海支援新疆南部地区援建项目外墙涂料工程中发生的涂层褪色、粉化、起壳、剥落和泛碱盐析等问题,对新疆南部地区的气候、水文和地质环境对当地外墙涂料涂饰施工的影响因素进行针对性地调研和分析,总结出影响新疆南部地区外墙涂料工程的主要原因,为后续研究和解决上海援建工程外墙涂料失效问题奠定理论基础和技术支撑。

As for the problems of discoloring, powdering, peeling-off, saltpetering and salting-out in connection with the paintings on the external walls of the aid projects in South Xinjiang by Shanghai, this article summarizes the main reasons behind those problems following specific research and investigation as well as analysis upon the factors that influence the external wall paintings under the climate, hydrologic and geological environment in the southern part of Xinjiang and accordingly sets up a theoretical basis and technical support for studying and solving the abovementioned problems later.
