摘要
通过对上海市老年人口居住情况和居住需求的调查和研究,以及对国内外老年住宅改造建设案例的分析和总结,从技术角度对上海市旧住房(小区)适老性改造进行研究,并提出了一些建议。
Through researching and investigating the living situations and de- mands of Shanghai＇s senior citizens as well as analyzing and summering the cases at home and abroad in connection reforming the aged houses, this article technically studies reforming the aged housing （living community） in shanghai to suit the needs of senior citizens and presents some suggestions.
