上海中心城区既有高层住宅增强火灾疏散避险能力技术刍议

Discussion on Capabilities and Technologies of Evacuating the Existing High-rise Residential Buildings Located in the Central Urban Area of Shanghai in Case of Fire Disasters

通过对上海中心城区既有高层住宅在火灾中疏散避险能力方面的特点进行分析,针对这些建筑存在密度较高、人口较多、设计标准理念局限、设备设施陈旧老化等问题,提出通过定期消防演习培训、更新消防设备设施、增加疏散途径和避难空间等技术手段,增强既有高层住宅火灾中遇险人员的疏散避险能力。

Following analyzing the characteristics involving the evacuation capa- bilities of the existing high-rise residential buildings situated in the central urban area of Shanghai in case of fire disasters, this article sets out certain technical means such as periodical firefighting drill training, firefighting equipment and facilities update, in- crease of evacuation routes and shelters etc. to cope with the issues of those buildings, for instance, high density, crowdedness, restricted design criteria and concepts as well as obsolete equipment and facilities, so as to reinforce the evacuation and disaster- avoiding capabilities of people who are trapped in a fire occurred to a high-rise residen- tial building.
