摘要 学习倦怠是发生在学生身上的持续的、负面的、与学习相关的心理状态。学习倦怠不仅影响学生的心理和生理，也会导致学习效率下降、逃课等不良现象的增多，严重阻碍护理教育的发展。而睡眠障碍是学生在学习倦怠中最容易出现的症状，睡眠质量与生活质量、心理健康、躯体健康水平密切相关。护理工作模式从单一的疾病护理逐步转向多元化健康服务，
