摘要
为改善旋风分离器操作条件,提高其工作性能,以RNG k-ε模型、SIMPLEC计算法、随机轨道模型等描述旋风分离器,使用Fluent软件对旋风分离器压力损失和分离效率进行数值模拟,分析体积流量对不同粒径下颗粒分离效率的影响。结果表明:体积流量的增大能够提高旋风分离器的分离效率,但要以较大的动力消耗为代价;存在着最经济的体积流量值使得旋风分离器工作性能达到最佳,这对节能而高效地使用旋风分离器具有一定的理论指导意义。
In order to improve the operation of cyclone separator condition,improve its working performance, RNG κ-ε turbulent model, SIMPLEC calculation method, stochastic trajectory model were used to describe the cyclone separator. An investigation was carried out to numerical the pressure losses and classification efficiency for cyclone separator based on the Fluent software , to draw different volumetric flow rate on the separation efficiency of the cyclone. The results show that, the increase of volumetric flow can improve the separation efficiency, but with a larger power consumption cost, there is the most economic volume flow rate value causes the cyclone separator performance to achieve the best. On energy saving and efficient use of cyclone separator has a certain theoretical value.
