摘要
根据共代谢过程的特点 ,详细推导建立了一个以关键酶为中心的综合性数学模型 .模型不仅包括传统的基质降解速率和微生物生长 ,而且包括关键酶的诱导 ,毒性抑制和自我恢复 ,以及能量的调节等重要因素 .模型能够合理解释文献报道的各种实验现象 .
A comprehensive model at enzymatic level was developed in detail for cometabolism in a mechanistic way. The model involved not only the traditional factors such as substrate degradation and microbial growth but also the important factors as enzyme induction, inactivation and self-recovery as well as the role of energy. It is believed that this model revealed the intrinsic relationships of cometabolic factors, and in well accordance with the phenomena reported in literature.
