摘要
横管连续蒸煮器属于高温快速的蒸煮设备,其特点是原料进入密封的蒸煮设备后,即被蒸汽直接迅速加热至较高的温度,蒸煮时间短并且采用冷喷放,浆料蒸煮匀度好,无夹生现象,草片利用率高并可实现热能回收。采用C、E、H三段漂白工艺,漂白效率较高、漂白成本较低。麦草、芦苇因自身特点,使用C、E、H三段漂白成浆白度较低,基本上在75%~77%,并且漂损较高,在5%~8%,且成浆强度较低,本文研究的课题是:在现有C、E、H三段漂白工艺基础上实现麦草、芦苇化学浆产品质量的提升。
Horizontal continuous cookers, a kinds of high temperature and fast cooking equipment, have the characteristics of short cooking time, cold blow and good cooking uniformity. Because the raw material can be directly heated by steam to higher temperature, the straw chip can be efficiently utilized and the heat energy is liable to be recovered. By adopting of CEH bleaching process, the pulp can be efficiently bleached with low cost, but due to the features of wheat straw and reed material themselves, the pulp brightness is low, about 75%-77%IS0, and bleaching loss is relatively high, from 5% to 8%, while having low pulp strength. So the targets to be studied in this paper is to improve the quality of pulp from wheat straw and reed materials
