摘要
采用田间试验方法 ,研究了在自然紫外光强基础上人工增加紫外线UV -B强度照射对小麦开花及结实的影响。结果表明 ,UV -B增加能显著降低小麦的每穗粒数 ;显著影响小麦的开花过程 ,表现为开花推迟 ,每日开花数大幅度下降 ,可孕小花数下降。而可孕小花数下降并非发育小花退化百分率下降所致 ,而是发育小花数下降造成。UV -B增加对小麦的结实率无显著影响。
Effects of enhanced ultraviolet radiation (UV-B radiation, broad band with 280~400 nm) on the flowering process and seeding were investigated. The result showed that the enhanced UV-B radiation significantly affected the flowering process and greatly decreased the number of the differentive and propagative floweret. The reduction of the number of propagative floweret resulted in decrease of the differentiae floweret, but no decrease of the percentage of floweret deterioration. In addition, the seed set propagation coefficient was not significantly affected by the enhanced UV-B radiation.
