摘要
目的探讨增殖抑制基因(HSG)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在不同乳腺组织中的表达及与乳腺癌临床病理特征的相关性及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测增殖抑制基因(HSG)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的蛋白在正常乳腺组织、乳腺纤维腺瘤、乳腺癌组织中的表达。结果 HSG的蛋白主要在细胞胞质中表达,乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于乳腺纤维腺瘤组织和正常乳腺组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳腺纤维腺瘤与正常乳腺组织HSG阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。乳腺癌组织中EGFR的阳性表达率较乳腺纤维腺瘤组织、正常乳腺组织中明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳腺纤维腺瘤与正常乳腺组织中EGFR的阳性表达率差异无统计学意义。HSG和EGFR的表达与淋巴结转移和病理组织学分级有关,同时也与ER、H-erb-2的表达有关,而与肿瘤类型、肿瘤大小、临床分期、年龄因素无关。乳腺癌组织中HSG的表达与EGFR的表达呈负相关,与ER、H-erb-2正相关,而与PR的表达无相关性。结论联合检测HSG和EGFR的表达对判定乳腺癌的生物学行为、预后和指导治疗有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the expressions of hyperplasic suppress gene(HSG) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in normal breast tissues,breast carcinoma and breast fibroadenoma issues,and their relationship with clinicopathological and other molecular features.Methods The protein expression of HSG,EGFR in normal breast tissues,breast carcinoma,breast fibroadenoma issues were detected by using SP immunohistochemistry.Results HSG protein was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm.The positive rate of HSG protein in breast cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in breast fibroadenoma and normal breast tissues,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);while the positive rate in breast fibroadenoma and normal breast tissues showed no statistically significant difference(P0.05).The expression rate of EGFR protein was significantly higher in breast cancer than those in breast fibroadenoma and normal breast tissues(P0.05);while the positive rate in breast fibroadenoma and normal breast tissues showed no significant statistical difference(P0.05).The expression of HSG and EGF protein was correlated with lymph node metastasis and different pathological grades of breast cancer.That was also correlated with ER and H-erb-2.The expression rates of EGFR and HSG protein had no correlation with the age of the patients,tumor type,tumor size and clinical stage(P0.05).The expression of HSG is negatively correlated with EGFR in breast cancer tissues;is positively correlated with ER and H-erb-2;and is not correlated with PR.Conclusion Joint detection of the expressions of HSG and EGFR is important for the biological behaviors,prognosis and instruction of breast cancer.
