摘要
随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对营养与健康越来越重视,肉、蛋、奶等畜禽产品在人们食品中的比重也越来越大,畜产品安全已日益成为焦点问题,而且直接关系到人们的身体健康。针对近年来我国相继发生的一些重大食品安全事件,本文对畜产品主要污染情况进行分析,提出解决畜产品安全的措施和建议,确保畜产品质量安全。
With the development of national economiy and the rising standard of living, much greater importance has been attached to nutrition and health, therefore animal products such as meat, eggs and milk are sharing more proportion among food consumptions. The safety of animal products which is closely associated with public health has become the focus. For some major severe incidents about food safety occurred in China in recent years, this study analyzed the main contaminants in animal products and proposed some measures and suggestions that may solve the safety of animal products to ensure the quality of animal products.
