茎直黄芪人工中毒解毒实验家兔病理模型的建立及病理学观察 被引量:2

摘要 为对由茎直黄芪引起的牲畜中毒病理情况以及解毒治疗效果做进一步评价研究,以茎直黄芪人工饲喂2月龄实验家兔中毒,设置4个实验组,分别为空白对照组、攻毒组、解毒治疗a组、解毒治疗b组,建立中毒及解毒病理模型,并在28天(中毒死亡)、45天(中毒死亡)、49天(解毒a、b组及空白组处死),分别采取心、肝、脾、肺、肾和脑等进行病理组织学检查,利用常规病理学方法对比研究实验家兔体内的病理变化规律。结果表明,实验家兔均在18天左右出现中毒症状,28天左右出现中毒死亡,人工中毒解毒实验家兔病理模型成功建立。攻毒组试验家兔表现为大部分脏器均出现淤血、炎症、坏死等病理变化,解毒治疗a、b组,出现轻度淤血、轻度的细胞变性。 In order to evaluate livestock poisoning pathological conditions caused directly by Astragalus strictus and the detoxification treatment, Astragalus strictus hay powder was used to feed 2 month-old rabbits to induce artificial poisoning. Four groups were set up, namely the control group, the poisoning group, detoxification treatment group a and detoxification treatment group b, to establish the poisoning and detoxification pathological model. The heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, brain were respectively collected from 28 days poisoning died rabbits, 45 days poisoning died rabbits, 49 days detoxification groups a, and b and the control group, for pathological examination by meams of conventional pathological methods. The results showed that the symptoms of poisoning in rabbits appeared at about 18 days and rabbits died of poisoning about 28 days, rabbit pathological model for artificial poisoning and detoxification was successfully established. Most of the organs of poisoning group test in rabbits demonstrated congestion, inflammation, necrosis, etc.The detoxification treatment grouo a and b demonstrated mild congestion and mild cell degeneration.
