摘要
设计了一种适用于蓄电池叉车的48 V/500 A交流驱动控制系统。交流控制器驱动系统主要包括逆变模块、电源模块、驱动模块、系统安全检测保护模块、CAN通讯模块等,可满足蓄电池叉车行驶的安全性、可靠性和平稳性需求。通过对所设计硬件电路进行仿真和试验,合理选择MOSFET型号和栅极电阻,可有效减少栅源寄生电容对并联MOSFET通断一致性的影响。
A48 V/500 A AC drive control system applicable for the battery forklift is designed in the paper, which consists of inverter module, power supply module, drive module, system safety detection protection module, and CAN com- munication module, etc. The system meets the battery forklift safe, reliable and stable driving. Simulation and testing for the designed hardware circuit are performed, and reasonably selecting MOSFET model and gate resistor can effectively decrease the effect of gate-source parasitic capacitance on the parallel MOSFET on-off consistency.
