摘要
以某单托辊直接称重式电子皮带秤的测量系统为研究对象,采用有限元分析软件Ansys计算并揭示了称重传感器输出与称重托辊所受竖向力、水平力之间的关系。计算结果表明,由于测量电路采用全桥接法,水平作用力与传感器的输出无关,竖向作用力与传感器输出呈线性关系,即变化的水平作用力不是电子皮带秤测量误差的主要来源。
With the single-idler direct-weighing electronic belt scale measuring system as a study object, the finite el- ement analysis software Ansys is adopted for calculating and indicating the relation between the output of weighing sensor and the vertical and horizontal forces on the weighing idler. The result shows that the horizontal force is unrelated to the sen- sor output, while there is linear relation between the vertical force and sensor output, since the full bridging method is adopted for measuring circuit ; namely, the changing horizontal force is not the main source for measuring error of the elec- tronic belt scale.
