摘要
为提高桥式起重机在当前城市建设及工业生产中的安全管理水平,提出将GPRS技术和虚拟仪器技术应用于桥式起重机群网络管理系统。详细介绍了桥式起重机群网络管理系统的总体设计方案,阐述了系统的组成结构、功能及实现方法。结果表明:研究基于Labview的桥式起重机群网络化管理系统为实现桥式起重机等分散化的重型机群的高效管理提供了参考。
To improve the safety management level of overhead travelling crane in modem urban construction and in- dustrial production, the paper proposes the concept of applying the GPRS technology and virtual instrumentation to the net- work management system of overhead travelling crane group. The paper details the general design scheme for such system, and presents the system structure, function and implementation method. The result shows that such Labview-based network management system of overhead travelling crane group provides guidance to efficient management of decentralized heavy du- ty crane such as overhead travelling cranes.
