摘要
用有限元模态分析对金属结构裂纹进行精确识别,基于有限元法建立裂纹金属结构的精确辨识模型,通过对结构模型的固有频率分析,建立金属结构固有频率精准数据库。当金属结构出现裂纹时,利用四线等高相交裂纹识别技术定量找出裂纹的位置和裂纹的大小。通过数值仿真验证了方法的有效性,为金属结构裂纹识别提供依据。
The finite element modal analysis is performed for accflrate identification of metal structural crack. The ac- curately identified model for cracked metal structure is established based on finite element method, and also a database of natural frequency for metal structures is established through analysis of natural frequency for structural model. When any crack occurs in the metal structure, its location and size will be quantitatively figured out by four-wlre equal height intersec- tion crack identification technology. This method is proved to be effective through numerical simulation, providing basis for crack identification of metal structures.
