摘要 2012年是实施《版权工作"十二五"规划》的第二年,也是《中华人民共和国著作权法》进行第三次修订的重要一年。本文回顾并评述《著作权法》三修、《视听表演北京条约》签署、软件正版化的推进、版权评估机构与指导意见、最具价值版权产品评选、网络版权保护六大版权热点问题。
