The devlopment of the studies and its wide applied perspective on ozone water solution are described,and some methods which can produce highconcentration ozone, dissolve efficiently ozone into water, and achieve ozone water solution are introduced. With these methods, the ozone concentration of the ozone water solution and the efficiency of ozone solution can reach over 8g/m3 and 98% respectively.
