摘要
建设工程项目经理执业能力水平是目前制约项目绩效提升的关键因素。本文在现有国内外项目经理执业能力指标研究和实践的基础上,首先利用探索性因素分析对测量指标进行筛选,得出适用于我国现阶段的建设工程项目经理执业能力指标体系。然后,用验证性因素分析验证了指标体系的有效性。研究结果显示,项目经理的执业能力指标分为项目管理技能、群体关系能力、领导力、职业提升能力4个因素,每个因素的因素负荷量都大于0.75,很好地反映了项目经理的执业能力,进一步的研究表明研究结果具有良好的解释度。
At present,the professional competency of the construction project manager is a key factor in restricting project performance improvement. On the basis of the research and practice of existing domestic and international project manager competence indicators, firstly, this paper uses Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA) to select the potential compe- tence indicators so as to get the competence indicators system for construction project manager which applies to the pres- ent stage in China. And then, this paper uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) to verify the validity of the compe- tence indicators system. The results show that the project manager' s competence can be divided into four factors that are project management skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills and the ability to enhance the profession. The factor loading of each factor is above 0.75, indicating that the factors can well reflect the project manager' s competence indicators. And the forward research indicates it also has a good explanation.
