摘要
探讨了椰炭改性涤纶/棉/Coolplus紧密纱的生产工艺。通过正确选择原料混和工艺、对椰炭改性涤纶和Coolplus进行抗静电处理、各工序合理选择工艺参数,以及针对生产中出现的问题采取了必要的技术措施,顺利纺制出9.8 tex 60/30/10椰炭改性涤纶/棉/Coolplus三合一紧密混纺纱,其强力、条干、毛羽指标都达到了较好水平。
Production processes of cocoa charcoal modified polyester/cottorn/Coolplus blended compact yarn is discussed. By properly selected the blending of raw materials, an antistatic treatment was done on cocoa charcoal modified polyester and Coolplus. Processing parameters in various process were also optimized and proper technical measures were also adopted to gaurantee the successfully production of 9.8tex 40/40/20 cocoa charcoal modified polyester fther/cotton/Coolplus blended compact spinning yarn. The formed yarn is of good strength, evenness and hairiness index.
