摘要
印度棉异纤、杂物含量高,棉色间差异大,根据印度棉的这些情况调整清梳联、预并及精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等工序的工艺参数,改造相关设备及除尘系统可满足生产要求。以生产T/CJ 24.6 tex 65/35和C 18.2 tex为例,说明通过生产中采取适当的控制措施,印度棉可替代新疆棉生产中、粗特纱。
Due to Indian cotton containing more foreign fibers and dusty and showing big colour differences, the processing parameters in seutching, carding, pre-drawing, combing, doubling, roving, spinning and cone winding have to be re-adjusted with related equipments and dust removing system modified to meet the production requirements. In the article, taking producing 24.6tex 65/35 T/CJ and 18.2tex C yarns as examples, it proves that Indian cotton can replace Xinjiang cotton when proper controlling measures are adopted.
