摘要 为了提高真丝脱胶效果,采用碱性蛋白酶对其进行脱胶。分别研究了蛋白酶浓度、处理温度、处理时间和pH值对真丝脱胶效果的影响。SEM结果表明,经蛋白酶处理后,丝表面的大部分丝胶可以去除,表面变得光滑。随着酶浓度、处理时间的增加,脱胶量上升。随着处理温度、pH值的增加,脱胶量先增加后减小。较佳的处理温度为55℃,pH值为8。 In order to improve the degumming effect of silk fabric, alkaline protease was used to degum silk fabric. The influence of proteasc concentration, treatment temperature, treatment time and pH value on degumming effect was studied. The SEM results show that after protease treatment, almost all sericin were removed from the surface of silk with silk surface being smoother. With the increase of ptotease concentration and treatment time, the degumming loss rate increases. And with the increase of treatment temperature and pH value, the degumming loss rate increases firstly, then decreases. The optimized treatment temperature and pH value are 55℃ and 8 respectively.
