Practice of design representation in reservoir resettlement of large hydropower projects: case of Tingzikou Hydro-junction project

大中型水利水电工程建设征地移民综合设代工作,对于保障移民安置的顺利实施具有重要作用。新移民条例颁布实施后,移民综合设代在大中型水利水电工程建设征地安置实施中将逐步得到开展,但其相关工作实践经验仍较为缺乏。根据亭子口水利枢纽工程的移民综合设代工作实践,阐述了移民工程综合设代的概念、工作任务和内容,梳理了综合设代工作流程、工作深度要求和实施要点。

Applying design representation in reservoir resettlement has significant meanings on ensuring the smooth implement of resettlement. After the implementation of new reservoir resettlement rules, the institution of comprehensive resettlement design representation will be applied and promoted stage by stage, but still there is a shortage of relevant practical experiences. Combi- ning with the practical case of Tingzikou Hydro - junction, we demonstrate the concepts and necessity of resettlement design rep- resentation, while discuss the content, work procedure, work extent and key points during the implementation.
