Treatment for temporary flood submergence during construction period of hydropower projects

水电工程的施工期洪水临时淹没有别于库区正常淹没,其临时淹没处理范围应根据不同的淹没对象确定,由不同淹没对象的设计洪水频率,取其永久运行期洪水淤积回水水面线以上与施工期洪水清库回水水面线以下的闭合区间。通过综合研究分析,明确了临时淹没区指标调查及分类方法、临时淹没的处理方式,提出了临时淹没处理的安置方法及补偿方案。

Temporary flood submergence during construction period of hydropower projects differs from normal reservoir inunda- tion, the corresponding inundation ranges should be determined according to various submerged objects, namely aiming at differ- ent flood frequency of the submerged objects, the treatment ranges are between silted flood backwater profile during operation pe- riod and the clear backwater profile during construction flood period. By comprehensive analysis, the classification and investiga- tion method for indicators of temporary submergence, arrangement modes and compensation for temporary submergence are pro- posed.
