基于GIS的水电工程建设征地土地调查方法

Survey method of land requisition of hydropower project based on GIS

水电工程建设征地范围内土地面积及征地范围外剩余耕园地面积的量算,关系到水库移民的切身利益。结合葛洲坝扩机工程预可行性研究阶段建设征地实物指标调查工作,以及乌东德水电站武定县建设征地实物指标调查和移民安置规划,介绍了基于GIS的建设征地土地调查方法及其应用效果,并与常用方法相比较。结果表明,该方法工作效率显著,调查成果的准确性和直观性明显提高。

The land acquisition of hydropower projects involves the calculation of land within the acquisition range and the cul- tivated land left beyond the range, which is related to the interests of immigrants. Therefore, the implementation of land survey in a scientific and efficient way is important to reservoir resettlement. Combining with the survey of material - object index of land acquisition in pre -feasibility study stage of hydro - unit expansion works of Gezhouba Project, and the material - object index and resettlement planning of land acquisition of Wudongde Hydropower Station, the survey method of acquisited land based on GIS and its application effect are introduced. Compared with other methods, its application is more efficient and can improve the correctness and intuition of the results.
