摘要
新加坡以环境优美的全球宜居城市著称。早在建国初期,新加坡政府就旨在将新加坡建成一个花园城市。经过50多年来的发展,如今新加坡更从"花园城市"向"花园中的城市"转变。除了各级城市绿地的贡献以外,屋顶花园建设功不可没。在各种制度的保障和鼓励下,新加坡屋顶花园建设已成为全球典范。通过解析新加坡各类型屋顶花园的规划设计特点,针对我国城市屋顶花园发展现状,从理念、景观和文化层面探讨对我国城市屋顶花园规划设计的有益启示,以期为我国城市,尤其是南方土地资源紧缺、经济发达城市的屋顶花园建设与发展提供参考依据。
Singapore is famous for its beautiful and livable environment in the world. As early as the beginning years of our country, Singapore government aimed to build Singapore a garden city. After 50 years＇ development, nowadays it goes from being ＂a garden city＂ to ＂a city in a garden＇＂. Except various national parks, the popular development of rooftop gardens also plays an important role in it. By analyzing the features of different kinds of rooftop gardens in planning and design, the enlightenment and reference on ideas, landscape and culture of rooftop gardens planning are summarized according to the existing condition of rooftop gardens development in China, which will provide reference to the construction and development of rooftop gardens, especially for the southern prosperous cities shortage of land source.
