摘要
在我国高等教育大众化趋势的推动下,多数高校英语教育的职能从培养英语精英人才转变为培养具有就业竞争力的人才。以省属高校为大型国际会议及中国旅行社输送英语志愿者为例,主要通过问卷调查的形式,探讨真实性社会实践与培养学生学习能力与未来职业发展的关系。研究发现,学生参与真实性社会实践,有效提高了英语学习自主性,改善了英语交际策略,提高了英语表达能力,并对未来职业发展产生影响和启示。校企联合模式,不仅使英语教育在教学内容、教学方法、学习动机、学习策略、学业评估等方面更具真实性,也使英语人才培养根植于一个符合学生需求的真实语境。校企联合所创造的真实性体验具有目标引导性和自我激励性的教育意义,是高校英语人才培养的新路径。
Promoted by massification of tertiary education in China, many colleges has turned the objective of ELT (English Language Teaching) from training Englishspeaking elite to cultivating qualified person nel with allround competitiveness. This paper takes the example of college training English volunteers for international congress and China Travel Service. According to data from questionnaire survey, participat ing in authentic English social activities enhance and improve student's autonomy, communication strate gies, language proficiency as well as their future career development. Therefore, universityenterprise co operation mode is not only valuable for endowing college English teaching content, teaching approach, learner's motivation, learning strategy and more authenticity of study assessment, but also making per sonnel training root in authentic language environment, which is necessary for students' effective language learning.
